Insurance Claims Management

A world class insurance claims management process is the key to a short revenue cycle. Phynomics' process has three main ingredients:

1. Pre-filing claim scrubbing to ensure all claims are complete and consistent so the initial denial rate is the lowest possible.


2. Post EOB claim adjudication audit to make certain payer compliance with their contract as well as appeals for additional payments when the payers short-pay a claim.


3. A work flow engine that makes sure claims are flowing through the system at a fast pace; that denials are appealed within two days; and that claims are not ignored by the payers.

We file our claims electronically whenever possible (paper if not). We accept EOBs electronically and on paper and we apply them within two business days. We file for secondary insurance and appeal denials within two days of posting the EOB.
